Terms & Conditions
As an active club member, you agree to accept quarterly shipments (March, June, September & December). We will ship your package directly to your home or office. The credit card provided on your application will be charged about 1 week prior to each shipment.
Shipping Regulations
All items are sold in California and ownership transfers to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal right of anyone to ship or import alcohol into any state outside of the state of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of products. By placing any order, you authorize us to act on your behalf, if shipped, to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you as Personal Use.
Pick up Policy
Packages will be held approximately 45 days at our locations for pick up. If packages are not picked up in the time frame provided, they will be shipped to the address on file and a shipping fee will be applied to your account. Any substitutions must be made prior to the initial charge for the shipment.
Substitution Policy
We know that not all of our boxes will please all palates. We spend a tremendous amount of time curating each box, so we ask that our recommendations be enjoyed as is. However, you may logon to your account to customize or email us at club@napadistillery.com to request a change in the shipment at least one week prior to the processing month.

We are thrilled to offer our Bar Club Members 4 exclusive complimentary Craft Spirits Tasting Flights (per membership) every time you visit at EACH location!
Join us at our Arbaretum or Hollywood Room Bars and enjoy a special quarterly complimentary cocktail! The Complimentary cocktail is pre-selected and changes quarterly, so come back often and try new things!
Members also receive 15% off all other cocktails on our list.
Cancellation Policy
Membership is ongoing, and may be cancelled anytime AFTER the 4th shipment has been processed and received. Cancellation prior to the 4th shipment will result in a $49 early cancellation fee.
