Old Hollywood Cocktail

We make our oak-infused cocktails using our own premium, award-winning craft spirits and all-natural ingredients.

This libation is an original house creation by Arthur Hartunian, the proprietor of Napa Valley Distillery.

This cocktail is reminiscent of an Era long gone by, and is sure to take you back to late night suppers at the Brown Derby. Inspired by the cinematic charm of a bygone era—an original house blend of our Old Hollywood Ginn, sweet vermouth, and bespoke pineapple gum syrup, then aged to perfection in oak barrels.

The result is a drink with structure and romance: piney botanicals softened by exotic fruit and lifted by vanilla from the wood. It’s both refined and a little rebellious. Arthur wanted to recreate the kind of drink you'd sip at the Brown Derby, dressed to the nines, Sinatra playing in the background.

With just the right balance of sweet, herbal, and sultry, it makes you feel like you're in on a secret.
